NYSIF Disability Benefits Policyholders: You should expect an increase in PFL estimated premium when your policy renews in 2021. The Department of Financial Services (DFS) sets the PFL premium rate annually. For 2021, the PFL payroll contribution rate will increase to 0.511% of an employee’s weekly wage, capped at an annual maximum of $385.34. See the DFS announcement for more information.
